Receta Cheesecake de Oreo

Ingredientes

Masa del borde:
1 1/4 c. de migajas de galletas Oreo
3-4 tbsp. margarina, derretida

Relleno:
1 taza de crema batida
3 (8oz paquete) Pheladelphia queso crema, ablandado
3/4 tazas de azúcar fina
24 galletas Oreo
12 mini galletas Oreo

MASA del borde:

Combine las migaja de las galletas con la margarina.. Presione en un molde de pai de 21cm de fondo. Ponga en congelador mientras prepara el relleno.

Relleno:

Bata la crema hasta que tenga forma consistente. Ponga en el refrigerador. Bata la crema de queso hasta que esté cremosa. Añada azúcar y mezcle. Desquebraje 24 galletas Oreos y júntelas en la mezcla de la crema de queso. Luego en la crema batida. Deposite el relleno en la masa y esparsa uniformemente. Divida las 12 minigalletas sobre la cubierta. Cubra y refrigere al menos 4 horas. Despegue el cheesecake con un cuchillo por los filos. Despegue los lados del recipiente.

John Barrowman, left, seeks to answer the question: why am I the way I am? In a BBC America one-hour special, Barrowman set out to unearth what the latest scientific research can tell him about the origins of his homosexuality.

His search for evidence takes him back to his roots to meet family and old friends. He also meets with psychologists and geneticists, compares his DNA to his heterosexual brother's, and conquers his claustrophobia to undergo a brain scan - all in the quest to find out how nature and nurture might have interacted to make him who he is.

Here's a clip that includes some fascinating theories from researchers that deal with testosterone in the womb, the finger length of gay men, and the number of older brothers possibly determining a man's outcome for being gay:

Barrowman tells the BBC: "My sexuality has never been deliberately hidden. I'm in a committed relationship with the love of my life, Scott Gill (pictured on right), and he is as much a part of the family as my sister's husband, Kevin, and my brother's wife, Dot. However, just because I'm comfortable with my sexuality doesn't mean that I'm not curious about it and that's one of the reasons I agreed to take this journey to discover the making of me."
